files. A server is just another computer with lots of space
for the types of files that make up a web site. Your company
may already have a web server, but many small companies don't.

plan to spend an average of $15 per month (not including E-Commerce)

3: Hire a Designer/Developer. If you don't have any experience in web site design or
development, hire someone who does. There are many programs
available that make site design look easy, and those are great for
personal web sites. Your business, however, should have a

4: Promote Your New Site. Promoting your web site involves a few different tasks.
Search Engine submission and placement is important and is an

promotional tool that's often overlooked is promoting your site to
existing and potential customers. This is as simple as adding
your web site address to your business cards, brochures, etc., and
including it in any advertising you do.
